A five-time UFC veteran, Scotland’s Whiteford is currently on a
four-bout winning streak. Most recently, “The Hammer” defeated
Sam
Sicilia via third-round knockout in his promotional debut at a
previous Bellator event in London on Nov. 23.
Rogers, meanwhile, last appeared at Bellator 228, where he fell to
Daniel
Weichel via unanimous decision in the opening round of the
featherweight grand prix on Sept. 28. The 30-year-old Englishman
has won seven of his last nine fights dating back to 2013.
